By downloading, installing, or using the Vashu Global mobile application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this policy, please do not use our application.

To provide you with seamless ordering, delivery, and customer service, we collect the following types of information:

When you register or update your profile on the app, we collect:

  • Full Name: To identify your account and personalize your orders.
  • Email Address & Phone Number: For user authentication, order confirmations, OTP verification, and customer support.
  • Delivery Addresses: Street address, landmarks, and contact person details required to deliver your orders.
  • Password: Stored securely using industry-standard cryptographic hashing.

With your explicit permission, our application collects precise (GPS) and approximate (network-based) location data:

  • To display nearby stores, menus, and available delivery services.
  • To calculate delivery fees, estimated delivery duration, and distance.
  • To enable accurate address selection and order dispatch.

Note: Location access is requested via device permissions and can be revoked at any time in your device's system settings.

Our app requests access to your camera and media storage only when you actively perform actions requiring them:

  • Camera Permission: To capture and upload a profile picture, or to attach photos when contacting customer support.
  • Storage / Media: To select existing images from your gallery for profile customization or order dispute tickets.

We do not collect, process, or store your sensitive payment credentials (such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs) on our servers. All digital payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We only retain transaction metadata (Transaction ID, payment status, order amount) for order verification and invoice generation.

When you use the app, certain information is automatically collected for security, analytics, and diagnostics:

  • Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • IP address and network connection details.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver push notifications.
  • Crash logs and application performance metrics.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

You have the full right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. You can do this via either method below:

  1. In-App Method: Open the Vashu Global app → Navigate to Profile → Select Delete Account → Confirm your request.
  2. Email / Online Request: Email us at support@vashu.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.

Upon confirmation, your profile, contact details, and stored addresses will be permanently deleted from our active database within 30 days.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not addressed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so that we can take necessary actions to delete the information.
